Melanie Gardin has worked alongside Robert Labrecque on 6 successful comedy fundraisers to benefit various organizations in Windsor and Essex County with more events in the works! She’s excited to continue to raise funds with Laughter Heals.

With a strong history of advocating for individuals with disabilities, Melanie has spent years volunteering with the Brain Injury Association of Windsor and Essex County, the Ontario Brain Injury Association and Beyond Disability Rehabilitation Network.

She is a founding member of Women United Windsor/Essex and enjoys her role as Sunny Owl for the Tecumseh Girl Guides. Melanie is a partner at Velocity Injury Law LLP and has represented the injured and disabled for 25 years in her personal injury practice.

Melanie is a loving wife and mother who isn’t afraid to break out her MC Hammer pants at comedy events – or just for fun on a weekend!
