Terry Johnson
Director
Terry Johnson retired from the Windsor-Essex Children’s Aid Society in March of 2019, after a 37-year career. Over the years, Terry provided front-line services and held senior leadership roles, navigating the complex needs of children and families with both compassion and determination. She’s worked collaboratively with countless community organizations.
Currently, Terry is the Past President of Windsor Women Working with Immigrant Women and the Chair of the John McGivney Children’s Centre Board of Directors—because in her world, retirement doesn’t mean slowing down, it just means changing jobs without the paycheck.

She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor, where she no doubt excelled in both academics and caffeine consumption.
